We want you to be completely happy with your online purchase and will gladly accept returns on items that are returned and received within 7 days of receipt, this includes all FULL PRICED and most SALE items (please read below). Items must be unworn, un-soiled with original packaging and swing tickets still secure on garment. Please read through carefully the terms and conditions for each promotion as these may differ and occasionally we are unable to accept any returns on SALE items. Please note there are NO REFUNDS , RETURNS OR EXCHANGES on items purchased from our WAREHOUSE or ONLINE WAREHOUSE SALES. These purchases are FINAL.
To make a return, you must notify us online before you make a return or your return may not be processed. Please contact us with the subject “return” and your original Sale Order Number (SO Number) listed on your invoice in the email subject and email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Then please fill out the RETURNS FORM sent with your original order and please include your full name, transaction ID and the reason for your return.
Please return item to: ELLA SANDERS ‘RETURNS’, PO Box 8091, Brighton East, Vic, Australia 3187. Remember to obtain and keep a certificate of postage from the post office since this will act as your proof of delivery. All shipping costs associated with the return of goods are the responsibility of the consumer. ELLA SANDERS is not liable for any lost or damaged return items whilst in transit. Therefore please make sure all goods are sent back as registered post.
Once returned item is inspected by ELLA SANDERS, refunds are processed within 7 working days after receiving return. Your payment will be refunded either via PayPal, credit card or AfterPay depending how you paid for your ELLA SANDERS product and may take up to 5 working days to be processed back on your payment method.
All exchanges and returns purchased from a separate boutique/store within Australia & Overseas will need to be returned to the place of purchase.
